the 411 on how to order, make payment and notifications

Our payment system is strait forward, however we want you to know EXACTLY how to order and pay, and what to expect when you do. The exact steps to follow to make your payment and the notifications you will receive are as follows:

1) Select ALL items you wish to purchase and add them to your cart

2) Select "Go to Checkout"

3) COMPLETE the "Customer Information" and "Shipping Address" fully with an ACCURATE name and address. DOUBLE CHECK THE SHIPPING ADDRESS and the EMAIL ADDRESS you have entered before proceeding forward. Click Continue.

4) If you have an account and have not already logged in (or want to create one) you may do so now so your information is saved and auto-populated. If you do NOT have an account, verify the information displayed is correct, add any special instructions you require. You will see a statement  that says " FULLY COMPLETE CHECKOUT and note LAST 4 DIGITS OF ORDER NUMBER to  include with your payment. Complete Checkout fully, then proceed to your email to find your automated Order Confirmation email that will include all of your payment options and the exact info for each, as well as scannable QR codes. For BTC payments, use the QR code or BTC address provided in your order confirmation email - then follow the required payment verification instructions.

***PLEASE NOTE WE NO LONGER ACCEPT CashApp, ApplePay or GPay directly. However, if you wish to pay by CashApp, ApplePay, GPay, Credit or Debit Card you may do so via CHIME Pay Anyone. This information will also be included in your confirmation email.***

**WE WILL NOW ACCEPT BTC FOR ORDERS**

5) After completion you will see a statement that says:

 Pay via Zelle or Venmo AFTER CHECKOUT COMPLETED. 

(Zelle and Chime are most stable and are preferred)

FULLY  COMPLETE CHECKOUT and note LAST 4 DIGITS OF ORDER NUMBER to include with your payment. You will now receive an automated email with your order confirmation at the email you have provided. NOTE: If you do not see the automated email, check your spam/junk folder and clear our email address. 

***IMPORTANT - AT THIS POINT YOUR ORDER IS NOT YET COMPLETE! READ CAREFULLY***

6) Check your email for your Order Confirmation and payment details. BE SURE TO INCLUDE THE LAST 4 DIGITS OF YOUR ORDER # WHEN MAKING PAYMENT SO WE CAN TAG YOUR PAYMENT TO YOUR ORDER!! EXAMPLE:

 "Your order number is: R026646505"   You will enter "6505" in the "for" or "memo" section when making payment.

***Your Order is NOT complete, and you will NOT receive any further notifications until PAYMENT IS COMPLETED***

7) During business hours we will acknowledge your payment and order inside the Venmo app once received, and Zelle and Chime Pay Anyone automatically notifies you once payment has cleared.  For anyone who prefers to pay via BTC, please complete your order and contact Customer Service immediately after making payment at (858)381-3221 to verify your payment. 

**Please note orders placed and paid for AFTER HOURS will not be received until the next business day.**

8) Once payment is complete your order will be marked "paid" and will immediately be shifted to the order fulfillment list. 

9) Your order will be professionally and discreetly packaged, and will be sent via full business retail shipping. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an automated notification that your order has shipped. It will include the delivery name, address, date of shipment and the tracking number. Please expect it to be 24 hours before the carrier updates your tracking information. Orders placed on the weekend, even if the order is filled and shipping is purchased, will go out the following Monday.
