Our payment system is strait forward, however we want you to know EXACTLY how to order and pay, and what to expect when you do. The exact steps to follow to make your payment and the notifications you will receive are as follows:
1) Select ALL items you wish to purchase and add them to your cart
2) Select "Go to Checkout"
3) COMPLETE the "Customer Information" and "Shipping Address" fully with an ACCURATE name and address. DOUBLE CHECK THE SHIPPING ADDRESS before proceeding forward. Click Continue.
4) If you have an account and have not already logged in (or want to create one) you may do so now so your information is saved and auto-populated. If you do NOT have an account, verify the information displayed is correct, add any special instructions you require. You will see a statement that says " FULLY COMPLETE CHECKOUT and note LAST 4 DIGITS OF ORDER NUMBER to include with your payment. Proceed to Payments Page to pay using QR Code (Button Available on Home Page) or pay in app using our payment handles: GPay: Hot ZaZa Venmo: @HotZaZa" . Click "Complete Your Order".

5) After completion you will see a statement that says:
Pay via GPay or Venmo AFTER CHECKOUT COMPLETED.
(You may also use Zelle, which is preferred)
FULLY COMPLETE CHECKOUT and note LAST 4 DIGITS OF ORDER NUMBER to include with your payment. You will receive an automated email with your order confirmation at the email provided. Either proceed to this Payments Page to pay using QR Code (Button is Available on Home Page) or pay/find us in your chosen app using the phone number: (279) 208-4513. Please note depending on which payment methods you choose, the name will display as "G S" or "Garrett"
***IMPORTANT - AT THIS POINT YOUR ORDER IS NOT YET COMPLETE! READ CAREFULLY***
6) BE SURE TO INCLUDE THE LAST 4 DIGITS OF YOUR ORDER # WHEN MAKING PAYMENT SO WE CAN TAG YOUR PAYMENT TO YOUR ORDER!! EXAMPLE:
"Your order number is: R026646505" You will enter "6505" in the "for" section when making payment.
***Your Order is NOT complete, and you will NOT receive any notifications until PAYMENT IS COMPLETED***
7) During business hours we will acknowledge your payment and order inside the app once received, or by text message for Zelle.
**Please note orders placed and paid for AFTER HOURS will not be received until the next business day.**
8) Once we have acknowledged payment, we will mark your order "paid".
9) Your order will be professionally and discreetly packaged, and will be sent via full business retail shipping. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an automated notification that your order has shipped. It will include the delivery name, address, date of shipment and the tracking number. Please expect it to be 24 hours before the carrier updates your tracking information.
10) YOUR ORDER IS COMPLETE. Look forward to your zaza order arriving soon and ENJOY!
