1. What types of payment do you accept?
We currently accept Zelle and Venmo. We may also accept BTC payments for larger orders.
IMPORTANT - You MUST pay for your order the same day it is placed.
2. How do I make payment?
Add all items to your cart and complete the check-out process, including shipping details. Select “OFFLINE PAYMENT” as your payment method. Once your order is complete, you will be assigned an order number. Make note of the LAST FOUR DIGITS of your order number. Return to the HOME page and select the PAYMENTS tab on the top menu bar. Once on the PAYMENTS page you will have a scan-able QR code for both Zelle and Venmo, as well as the phone number for each that may be entered manually in the app on your phone. (If you do not have Zelle or Venmo, a link is provided for you to download the app) Once you have chosen your payment preference, use the QR code (or our provided account handle) to go to our payment account. Select the PAY tab and type in the exact amount of your order.
**IMPORTANT** Be SURE to include the LAST FOUR DIGITS OF YOUR ORDER NUMBER in the “memo” or “for” section BEFORE hitting the pay button finalizing the payment. We will automatically be notified about your completed payment and you will receive an email confirming your order AFTER PAYMENT IS COMPLETE. Receipt of payment will be acknowledged in the Venmo app during business hours, and Zelle notifies you automatically upon payment clearance/deposit.

3. Are there any other payment methods you accept?
At this time we can only accept payment via Zelle or Venmo.
4. How does your shipping work?
Hot ZaZa! uses fully licensed delivery drivers (where available), USPS Priority Mail Insured or OnTrac for our deliveries. All orders placed Sunday through Thursday usually ship the next day, unless our order volume is extremely high, 2 days maximum. Orders placed after 10:00am on Friday through Sunday will ship on the following Monday. All Orders by all delivery methods are professionally packaged and discreet.
5. Do you guarantee delivery?
YES. Hot ZaZa! uses a full retail business account and can track every carrier scan made during the entire delivery process. If your order is lost or intercepted by the delivery carrier, we will be able to verify this and will re-send your order. PLEASE NOTE: We cannot accept liability for orders once they have been delivered.
6. What is the product I want is out of stock, can I place a back-order to be delivered once the item is back in stock?
Yes, on some products but not all. Our inventory updates every 48 hours and is constantly replenished. If you have placed an order (and paid for) an item that is out of stock, we will ship your order as soon as stock is replenished and you will receive a confirmation email once shipped. If the item is not back in stock within 72 hours, we will send you an email that either: gives you the option to cancel your order or continue to wait, gives you choice of an an alternative option, or cancels your item and confirms a refund if the item will not be back in stock soon.
7. Are all products you sell name brand and lab tested?
ABSOLUTELY, without exception. And we DO NOT carry anything WE would not use ourselves!
